The Beefalo Woman

i have been raising beefalo for 15 years without the use of harmful chemicals hormones and antibiotics. Beefalo is a cross between the American Bison and Domestic Bovine that produces a lean meat with a slight sweet taste. I have been selling at the farmers’ markets since 2002 when I first introduced the selling off farm of local grass fed and finished meat.
