Mylo Coffee Co.


OUR STORY: Mylo Coffee Co. is the realization of a lifelong dream of owner and head baker Stephanos Mylonas and his wife Monica. The couple met and received much of their culinary education in the United Kingdom, where they were inspired by the national movement toward seasonality and consciousness of consumption. They relocated to Monica’s hometown of Little Rock to open a shop that reflected their appreciation of both craftsmanship and community presence.

What began as a stall at the farmers market is now a bright shopfront in the heart of Hillcrest, thanks to the unwavering support of family, friends, and our gracious customers. Our goal now is to promote the enjoyment of good food and one another. Visit us in store to sample our coffees along with an assortment of handmade pastries, soups, sandwiches, and salads.

COFFEE: We roast raw, green coffee from single farms, estates, and cooperatives. When we taste a coffee that we like, we want to know where it comes from and who grows, picks, and processes it. Our goal is to bring out the best aspects of each origin.
