I have Angus type cattle that can be purchased either as a live grass fed animal, and YOU can determine how you want it processed, or I will have it processed and you may purchase a whole or half. The charges for processing varies depending upon which processor is used. If YOU order the processing, the charge is less than it is if I order it for you (Gov.regs.). The animals will weigh in the range of 900 Lbs. on foot. A side will weigh around 250 pounds.
