So we tried Turkeys this year. Raised them on pasture and moved to fresh ground everyday. We started them later then time allowed. So they are small average 4.5 pounds. Perfect for you and a couple of friends. Neck and heart included for gravy.

Our turkeys are raised on pasture the way turkeys should be! They have access to fresh air, green grass, sunlight and room to roam. They are raised in floorless pens that are moved to fresh grass daily and during the day are ranged out in electrified netting, also moved regularly to fresh pasture. Their diet consists of grass, bugs, and a mineral-rich, hormone- and antibiotic-free custom-mixed ration. You can see from the photo that these pasture raised turkeys get lots of fresh grass and bugs.

Their diet consists of grass, bugs, and a mineral-rich, hormone-free, antibiotic-free and GMO-free custom-mixed ration. We take rice from Stuttgart, rinse it (to reduce the starch content), roast it (to add a naturally nutty flavor), and season it. It's local mixes made by local people. The yellow rice is seasoned with curry powder, turmeric, garlic powder, and chicken bouillon. You just pour into 3 cups of boiling water and simmer for about 15 minutes. You'll have a lovely pot of fluffy rice! Serve with roasted chicken or salmon and garlic broccoli. No fuss!
