We take parboiled whole grain brown rice from Stuttgart, rinse it (to reduce the starch content), roast it (to add a naturally nutty flavor), and season it. It's local mixes made by local people.
The Yellow Rice is seasoned with herbs (curry, turmeric & garlic powder) that make it delicious! There is no chicken bouillon in this mix; it is gluten free and vegan. You just pour into 3 cups of boiling water and simmer for about 18 minutes. You'll have a lovely pot of fluffy rice! Serve with roasted chicken or salmon, and garlic broccoli.
