We offer our gourmet restaurant quality herbs in one ounce packages for Coop customers. Note that the supermarket herb clamshells are 3/4 ounce or less, and cost nearly $3.00. We have fresh herbs available year-round. Our herbs are grown through the most of the year in our greenhouses. In mid-winter we work with a farm in Texas to supplement our herbs. Our herbs are all harvested fresh to order, and grown just a few miles away, in greenhouses. The herbs from Texas are air-freighted in fresh each week as needed in the winter. The Arkansas Natural Produce family-farm operation uses natural growing practices. No synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or preservatives are used the growing or processing of our products.
