Stir Fried Yellow Rice

This is a quick and easy way to get dinner on the table using all farmers market ingredients. You’ll just use whatever vegetables you’ve scored from the market and any leftover Arkansas Gourmet Rice Company Yellow Rice Mix (Brown rice, white rice, regular or vegan and gluten free).
