This simple sorbet captures the flavor of summer!
Serves: 4-6, depending on serving sizes and size of cantaloupe
1 Cantaloupe, seeds removed
1/3 cup Sugar (or less, depending on sweetness of cantaloupe)
Step by Step Instructions
- Scoop cantaloupe flesh into food processor.
- Add sugar and pulse to combine.
- Place mixture into ice cream maker and freeze accordingly. If you don't have an ice cream maker, place mixture into a freezer-proof container, freeze until set, stirring occasionally.
