Cantaloupe Sorbet

This simple sorbet captures the flavor of summer!

Serves: 4-6, depending on serving sizes and size of cantaloupe
Vegan!

Ingredients
1 Cantaloupe, seeds removed
1/3 cup Sugar (or less, depending on sweetness of cantaloupe)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Scoop cantaloupe flesh into food processor.
  2. Add sugar and pulse to combine.
  3. Place mixture into ice cream maker and freeze accordingly. If you don't have an ice cream maker, place mixture into a freezer-proof container, freeze until set, stirring occasionally.
  4. Enjoy!
