Vegetables and fruit grown using traditional organic methods. We will be at the Certified Arkansas Farmers Market in NLR at 520 Main St. on Saturdays at 7am until noon. The market will re-open in April 2010. This winter we plan on a Victorian hotbed to keep our vegetables warm during the winter. Horse manure is buried with 1ft. or so of soil, and the heat given off by the decomposition of the manure works to keep the soil temperature up. The plants never contact the fresh manure.
